Who Am I?

First and foremost, I’m a reader just like you. I love nothing more than getting lost in an exciting story to escape the stresses of the day. I grew up reading everything from Nancy Drew, to Stephen King, to whatever new thriller my mam had scavenged from the library. Nowadays, my preference swings heavily towards high action urban fantasy (preferably light on the mushy stuff ;), though I normally have at least 3 books on the go at once. 

My inspiration for writing came from a simple phrase uttered by my uncle, and has continued because the amazing cover designers out there keep feeding my shopping addiction (I’ve so many pretty covers waiting to see the light of day, write faster dammit!). I love the control indie publishing gives me, but it’s also a steep learning curve. I’m eternally grateful to the readers who have decided to join me for the ups and down of this crazy journey.
